Automatic Control Cecanter Machines

The objective of this project was to upgrade conventional control methods into a centralized, intelligent PLC and SCADA-based automation system, ensuring stable operation, high efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Control panal Process Plant
The Control Panel Process Plant Project was designed and implemented to provide a robust, reliable, and fully integrated electrical and automation control system for an industrial process plant. The main objective of this project was to design and build high-quality process control panels that ensure stable plant operation, operational safety, and long-term maintainability.
Our scope of work covered the complete lifecycle of the control panel system, starting from electrical design and engineering, component selection, panel fabrication, internal wiring, and factory testing, through to on-site installation, commissioning, and system integration. All control panels were engineered to comply with industrial standards, ensuring reliability under continuous operation and harsh industrial environments.

Transformer
This project involved the installation and integration of an industrial power and electrical control system designed to support stable, safe, and efficient plant operations. The scope covered power equipment installation, electrical control integration, monitoring, and system readiness for future SCADA connectivity.

MDB Conter
The Main Distribution Board (MDB) serves as the central electrical power distribution hub of the plant. It is designed to receive electrical power from the utility supply or transformer and safely distribute it to all downstream systems, including MCC panels, sub-distribution boards, process equipment, and auxiliary systems.
