The Control Root Removal with AI project was developed to modernize and fully automate the root removal and separation process by integrating advanced PLC–SCADA control systems with AI-driven optimization. The project scope covered the complete transformation of the existing process, replacing conventional manual and semi-automatic operations with a centralized, intelligent control architecture. All mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and field instrumentation were redesigned and integrated into a unified automation platform. Industrial-grade sensors were installed throughout the process to continuously measure critical parameters such as flow rate, pressure, level, motor load, vibration, and process stability. These signals are processed in real time through the PLC and visualized via the SCADA system, providing operators with full visibility and precise control of every process stage. To further enhance performance, AI-assisted control algorithms were implemented for advanced PID tuning and adaptive control. The AI continuously analyzes real-time process data and automatically adjusts control parameters to maintain optimal separation efficiency under varying operating conditions. This allows the system to respond dynamically to raw material fluctuations, load changes, and process disturbances without human intervention. The result is a Smart SCADA system that delivers stable operation, improved product consistency, reduced energy consumption, and minimized downtime. This project represents a shift toward next-generation industrial automation, where data-driven intelligence, real-time monitoring, and autonomous control work together to support high-efficiency production and long-term operational sustainability.
