KRS Industrial Control System Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit https://krsics.com (“the Website”) or contact us.

2. Personal Data We Collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, company name, email address, telephone number and message content you submit through our contact form, email or telephone.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and access times, collected automatically by our web server for security and operation.
- Cookie and analytics data: information collected through cookies and Google Analytics, only where you have given consent (see Section 6).
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and provide our services — contractual necessity / steps prior to entering into a contract.
- To operate, maintain and secure the Website and prevent fraud or misuse — legitimate interests.
- To analyse Website usage and improve our content — consent.
- To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from authorities — legal obligation.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it only to: (a) service providers acting on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider and Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Search Console), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations; and (b) government authorities or courts where required by law.
5. International Transfers
Some service providers, including Google, may process data on servers outside Thailand. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure the destination provides adequate protection or that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the PDPA.
6. Cookies
The Website uses strictly necessary cookies required for it to function, and statistics cookies (Google Analytics) that are set only after you click “Accept” on our consent banner. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage Consent” option on the Website. Details are provided in our Cookie Policy.
7. Retention Period
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and to maintain business records, generally not exceeding 5 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Data is deleted or anonymised once the retention period ends.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to: withdraw consent; access and obtain a copy of your personal data; request data portability; object to processing; request erasure, destruction or anonymisation; request restriction of processing; request rectification of inaccurate data; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และจะเปิดเผยเฉพาะแก่ (ก) ผู้ให้บริการที่ดำเนินการแทนบริษัท เช่น ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้งเว็บไซต์ และ Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) ภายใต้หน้าที่รักษาความลับและคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม และ (ข) หน่วยงานรัฐหรือศาลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
5. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางราย รวมถึง Google อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย ในกรณีดังกล่าว บริษัทจะดำเนินการให้ปลายทางมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เพียงพอ หรือมีมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสมตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
6. คุกกี้
เว็บไซต์ใช้คุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของเว็บไซต์ และคุกกี้เพื่อสถิติ (Google Analytics) ซึ่งจะทำงานเฉพาะเมื่อท่านกด “Accept” บนแถบขอความยินยอมเท่านั้น ท่านสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านเมนู “Manage Consent” บนเว็บไซต์ รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมดูได้ที่ นโยบายคุกกี้
7. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
บริษัทจะเก็บข้อมูลการสอบถามไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อการตอบกลับและการเก็บรักษาเอกสารทางธุรกิจ โดยทั่วไปไม่เกิน 5 ปีนับแต่การติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น ข้อมูลสถิติจะเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 14 เดือน เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าว บริษัทจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้
8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิ ถอนความยินยอม ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล ขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิได้โดยติดต่อบริษัทตามช่องทางในข้อ 1 บริษัทจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำขอ
9. การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย
บริษัทจัดให้มีมาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง การสูญหาย การเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
บริษัทอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะประกาศฉบับล่าสุดพร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ไว้ในหน้านี้
